Milwaukee, January 10, 2010 -– Arvid R. “Rick” Tillmar has launched Tillmar Connect, LLC, a business that helps companies and organizations overcome challenges and operate more effectively.
Those results are fostered through connections and support provided by Tillmar Connect and the 45 years of business experience of Dick Tillmar.

Brennan Co., and volunteering hundreds of hours on local nonprofit and community boards and commissions, I’ve accumulated a boatload of social capital and connections,” Tillmar said.
His connections include CEOs, executives, managers and directors of public companies and privately held firms of all sizes, along with community and health care organizations.

Tillmar started the firm in January after working as a partner at Diversified Insurance Services in Waukesha. He joined Diversified after selling T.E. Brennan, a Milwaukee risk management firm. Tillmar has more than 45 years of experience in risk management and health care insurance, but has expertise and connections that span industries.
