Tillmar Connect was launched in January 2010 by Arvid R. “Dick” Tillmar, a longtime commercial insurance executive with a history of community involvement and leadership. In his 45-year insurance industry career, Tillmar engendered solid contacts with key decision makers in the business, civic and community sectors. He is a networking expert.
Prior to launching Tillmar Connect for business consulting, Tillmar was a shareholder, preventive health advocate, certified workplace wellness instructor and employee benefits consultant with Diversified Insurance Services in Brookfield. While at Diversified, the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin named him Agent of the Year.
He joined Diversified Insurance Services after selling T.E. Brennan Co., a risk management and insurance consulting firm in Milwaukee.
